I'm Esther

And if you’re here, something in your life may be shifting.

Not always in obvious ways.

Sometimes it’s a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right, a feeling of being stuck, unsettled, or unsure of what comes next.

I know that space.

My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience.

I grew up learning to navigate life largely on my own, without the kind of parental support many take for granted. That shaped how I see people and, more importantly, how I listen.

Over time, I built a career in Human Resources, leading teams and transformation work across complex environments, including as Senior Vice President of HR at DBS Bank. I spent over three decades working closely with individuals and leaders through moments that mattered: growth, uncertainty, transition, and change. What mattered most to me was always the same, understanding people, supporting their development, and helping them see what they might not yet see in themselves.

Then life began to ask more of me.

Over eight consecutive years, I lost ten people I loved, including my parents and my husband.

My mother’s passing carried a different kind of weight. From a young age, our roles were reversed. In my family circumstances, I had to care for her in ways I had never chosen, carrying a responsibility beyond what a child should.

Losing her brought a deep and heavy sorrow, shaped not only by love, but by the helplessness of not knowing if she would be cared for beyond what I could do.

My husband’s loss changed something deeply within me. It was the first time I had felt truly seen and safe, and losing that brought me into a depth of grief I had never known.

That season stripped everything back and left me with a question I now often sit with my clients.

Who am I, really, beneath everything I’ve built and carried?

To understand that more deeply for myself, and to be truly useful to others, I pursued a Master of Social Science in Professional Counselling. I also trained as an ICF Credentialed Coach, a Certified Ontological Coach, and a Certified Parenting Coach. Each discipline has deepened how I listen, how I hold space, and how I accompany people through what matters most.

Today, I bring along my lived experience, together with over three decades of leadership experience, professional training, and a quiet spirituality that shapes how I hold space, with warmth, without judgment, and with deep respect for each person’s path.

My work is not about giving advice or fixing.

It is about creating a space where you can see clearly, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.

That is the space I hold for you at

True Arch, navigating life’s transitions with heart and mind.
